We are committed to four specific areas—arts and culture, education, health, and human services. Within these program areas, nonprofit organizations can apply for a Project, Planning, and/or Community Fund grant. Project Grants are one-time and multi-year grants to achieve specific goals within the four funding areas.

Planning Grants are strategic in nature and designed to assist nonprofit organizations facing a critical juncture due to significant challenges or opportunities.

Community Fund Grants acknowledge and advance the work of exemplary nonprofit organizations in the five-county Philadelphia region. Beginning in 2013, we will no longer accept unsolicited applications for Community Fund grants.

All grants are limited to organizations located in the five-county Philadelphia area consisting of Philadelphia, Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery counties.
